Cast in bronze, the Golden Pheasant is available for purchase directly from Aurora Metals.

Designed by our very own pattern maker, an artist in his own right, it is a unique and decorative accent for your home or office.

With the upright ridge along the tail, a single bird can serve as a boot scraper next to your door. Buy a pair and you have a distinctive set of andirons for your fireplace. The pheasant can also be ordered without the tail ridge.

These are not lightweight, insubstantial castings. Weighing in at around sixty-five pounds, each casting is 24 inches long (including the tail), 13 3/4 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches wide.

Currently, the price for this beautiful bird is $175.00 each - no discount for a pair. Shipping is additional. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to handle charge cards. Payment must be arranged at the time of your order.

If you are interested, please contact our sales department at 630-844-4900. They will be glad to give you all the details.

Once plentiful, pheasants have been losing out to man's encroachment on their habitat. Several years ago, an organiz-ation was founded to help the pheasant survive in the United States.

Pheasants Forever, with chapters over the whole country, is doing their best to preserve suitable habitat for pheasants.

To assist in that goal, Aurora Metals will contribute $5.00 of the purchase price to Pheasants Forever for each casting sold.

So help out, buy a bird!
